β β β β β one of the best cheap boutique hotel in setapak. comfy and cozy. very recommended for couples. easy parking access compared to others however the location of this hotel a bit secluded and seem shady at first but overall it's a nice hotel which suits with the price.

β β β β β Cheap room, almost comfortable. Poorly maintained. Used to be better. No iron. After so many years occasionally stays there and ask for iron. They still didn't even care to buy one

β β β β β Worse service and hygiene. The toilet is too dirty even the sink is not properly services. Always ask u for more money when u ask to change to another room. Who the heck want to live in the room with dirty toilet. Not forgetting the pillow is so thin. Their advertisement also miss information.

β β β β β This hotel used to be good with friendly staffs before 3 years. but now hotel management needs to teach counter staffs what customer service is and how to properly treat the guests.
We are treated very unprofessionally. When i checked in the room, window lock was broken and they are given lame excuses not to fix it. Said nobody will come in from window cos nobody knows the lock is broken and all sort of nonsense. And other thing is they refused to give an extra access card to my room. And said if the second person wants access to the room, he have to come down to the reception and request them to open the door.
And also refused to give an extra pillow to my daughter.
I would say that the quality of service has gone down drastically over the past few years.
I wouldn't come to this hotel next time. Im sure i can get much better service from other hotels nearby.
