★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible cars. Poor service. Had to wait half an hour to get the car. When returning the car, have to wait half an hour also. Almost missed my flight. Good luck to you if you decide to choose them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All was good until the car had to be returned. The 'manager' started shouting and swearing at me because he was in a hurry to go pick his son up from school.
There are plenty of companies you can rent a vehicle from. Stay away from this who hires thugs to run their business. Their counter is situated in the arrival hall, nearest to the exit. Stay away from them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a Myvi in an unsatisfactory condition. The front tyres were completely worned out. It rained and it was so slippery. There was this loud noise as well coming from the car as if it would explode anytime soon. The lights were not working either except for the headlamp which I had to use or else i was not able to drive at night.
Yes it was a cheap car to rent, but i feared for my life everytime i droved it.
Since i came out unscathed, I am giving a 2 star rating.
I hope this rating serves as a guide to how you should rent your cars outs. Anyone renting a car here, make sure to check the condition of the car before accepting it. I know i learned a valuable lesson here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a car from here. The price is ok at that time maybe it's not during peek season. I received vios with rm70 and the condition of the car quite old but still fine to me. You've asked me to pay extra rm20 just because I want to drop the car at the jetty instead of airport while you didn't mentioned it earlier not even in the receipt. But I don't know why suddenly you didn't take the extra charge and returned back my full deposit. Quite surprised since you not sure if I paid my deposit or not when I call you to return the car. I left around rm10 of oil in your car while you gave me the car with almost empty oil. Your car got bug, the steering not stable always want to turn to the left. Something wrong with the balancing. Your car made me on hot temperature in the afternoon for almost 30 minutes just because the air conditioner temporary malfunction but I still fine with that and not making complaint since the airconditioner work well after that. Luckily I am not a fussy customer to lodge lots of complaints, only to write a review here so other people can understand and since you can discuss properly. So far your service is good. It just you have to make some more improvement. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They treated us very poorly and gave us horribly old cars.
They gave us a very old barely functioning car that struggled with the smallest slope and jerked every time the gear changed. When we asked to switch to a safer car, they angrily shouted at us and demanded extra payment. Then they gave us another old car but one door could not be opened! They gave the car to us with an almost empty fuel tank, tyres that looked almost flat and blinker lights that malfunctioned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feeling so great to rent the car from Fi Holiday. The staff - Kak Ida and Wii is helpful. The car rent is new and in good conditions. Price considered cheap and affordable. Half tank petrol is given. Strongly recommended.
