Besides, supervisors provided many seminar and professional training with patient. Through this internship programme, I improved a lot in time management, communication skills, financial knowledge, teamwork and leadership.

For example, I learnt the important of saving, how to control the cash flow, the important of insurance. Besides that, the supervisors is trying the best to equip us with financial knowledges. They input us the mindset of entrepreneurs, and to prepare us for becoming future entrepreneurs. .

Working environment is comfortable. During 16 weeks of internship, able to learn financial planning skills, communication skills and recruitment assessment tool. Company worried about the safety of interns as covid cases rise halfway through the internship, hence able to work from home.

Moreover, Finivo Capital Management is the place that I did my internship with and definitely I’m have to say I pretty much love the working environment due to the Manager and Supervisor are so friendly and also my fellow internship teammates. Finivo Capital Management had taught me plenty of new knowledge that I never learn in University. The knowledge mainly are related to the financial industry such as Personal Risk Management that link to how we can plan for your future retirement life or our future child education planning and so on. Besides, i had improved my communication skills, Analysis skills, and the most important is that I had built up my confidence when talking with strangers. Manager and Supervisor has given us a lot chances to learnt new things and knowledge by providing us classes to attend. There’s no reason to hesitate cause the outcome is that you will feel that you are not the same person like before after you had done the internship with Finivo Capital Management. Highly recommended.
