★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is almost 1am and i can hear people doing some kind of work and quite loud music outside. This property would not be my priority in future. Well, some credits- Smells fresh. Clean towels. Cold aircond. Free parking. One more, Agoda mentioned this is First Guest House Alor Akar but at the property, it is First Homestay. Weird.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For RM50 a night, it is considered cheap. If one is not fussy with the condition of the place, you get your own personal toilet and bathroom attached. However, the place has wear and tear over the years. Things will work but just be aware it is not a new place. For the price it is certainly worth it. Friendly workers. Been here for two years plus.
