★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great place for weekend gateaway to enjoy fishing with your loves one.. staffs very friendly and helpful. do not hesitate to ask about your equipment and fishing tips. you also can rent fishing rod here. price wise is quite affordable rm100/hour. fish weights range between 8kg to the max of 18kg.. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With a distance of 1 - 1.5 hours away from KL it's a great place for rapid strikes that's sure to excite kids! If you're bringing children, go for the 'Guarantee Strike' 1 hour package (RM100 at the time of writing) where you're sure to get lots of strikes and land multiple fish within an hours worth of catch & release angling. The fishes are huge in 2 ponds where 1 is dedicated to the sure strike package & the other for seasoned anglers who can enjoy all day fishing for a minimal fee. Fishing is no longer a tedious activity for city dwellers or if you're looking for minimal effort for the less outdoor savvy. The place has facilities such as a surau & toilets, and with some shaded areas & seats for 'sun shy' individuals. If you do not have your own equipment you may rent a rod for RM50 (at time of writing. I believe its a fair sum because if a rod or reel breaks it costs much more to replace as the fishes are huge). Details for the Guarantee strike package - you're a VIP; they will bait the hook, you catch you reel & land the monster, they'll help net the fish, they will unhook, you can hold the catch for photos, they will quickly release the fish to fight another day. We caught 6 garoupas (biggest over 10 kgs & rest over 5kgs) & almost a Grand Trevally that got away. It's quite a workout as they all gave a good fight. There are of course various species available as well such as Amber Jacks & Golden snappers. Tip: It's an outdoor activity so be prepared for being under the sun - hats, sunblock, umbrellas(haha) etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As advertised and reviewed by most, #guaranteedstrike everytime your bait goes in. I went there without any equipment except my sunglass and cap.
Paid rm150 for the 1 hr session and rental of rod. Worth it for the amount of strikes.
If you only wanna fight garoupa, this place is perfect. If you wanna land other species, it's unlikely.
Other than that, staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a great place for beginners too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent rm100 an hour here and it was not a waste. More likely, your shoulders will ache because of pulling too many giants by an hour ?. I caught my first giant hybrid grouper here, and it was an amazing experience to me. The pond staff, abg Ridhuan, was a generous and an amazing man, helped me with shooting and filming my strikes. Shout out to him! ?? Also he brought me sight-seeing around the pond area and also the small stores and lakes outside the pond. For me, this was a valuable lifetime experience and will happy to go there another time comes.
Note: to go there by public transport aka Bus, use SPG 1 from both KLIAs, and make sure to stop at Taman Sepang Putra like in the picture below... then walk up until you see the pond. The pond opens everyday except on Wednesday.

Great experience and learning for me, good for beginners as the fishes immediately bite the bait as soon as its in the water. Guaranteed 10 caught at least. Ahhahaha
