★ ★ ★ ★ ★ that was a good place for gym... BUT with lousy staff, bad attitude to treat customer.
i went 31 may 2019 7p.m something.. the malay staff using a bad attitude to point me put back the weight plate after using..means that what you do ,have to put back nicely if not you will got a lousy face from the staff....i was new in this fitness and this is the last..thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For now, only members can use the gym during CMCO, no walk-in. The last few times I went in before were pretty decent experience but the exercise rooms doesn't have air-conditioning, only wall fans and tend to get steamy. Top level can become really hot on hot days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is well equipped for light & heavy workout. Daily entrance fee is RM12. Located at level 2 & 3 of the building. There's elevator to get there.
They provide separate changing rooms for male & female. Sauna also available but always out of service.
The equipments are well maintained & clean. The gym floors are well padded for weight lifting. There's plenty of windows & fans around the facility which makes the air circulation flows nicely.
They also provide personal coaching if you're interested. If you're feeling hungry afterwards, plenty of good restaurants nearby
