★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a NordicTrack treadmill for almost RM7k from here and the motor failed within 2 years. As the motor was guaranteed for 10 years, we brought it back to the shop for a replacement but now almost 3 months down the road, we have not got a working treadmill. We were always fobbed off with excuses that it takes time for the motor to be shipped but clearly, 3 months is way too long. Think twice before buying from here!
