★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried hatha flow yoga for bigginer class with trial and feels like it makes me relieve so much while having this class. And I took a same class with high temperature a bit, I felt my boddy is gonna be feeling hot and hitting itself from deep inside and it's also very feeling cool at the end of the class. FYI the instructor under named Jay she is energetic so much and keeps holding it until the end of the class ane I loved this.
It's just brand new, all each of the thing and environment is very fresh interior, clean, state of the art condition as well. Will try again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aaron, miki, elise have been great and very welcoming in making me feel at home. The workouts are great and you feel the difference in energy from the heat in the Lava stones. Got tremendous energy throughout the day after the training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gyms feels really zen, comfortable and welcoming. Recommending personal training classes here as it feels very comfortable and private without other people interrupting or sharing equipments at the same time.
Lava stone class is not too hot but high humidity so you will sweat without feeling dehydrated, great for relaxing yoga & skin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a premium class of fitness studio from Japan. It comes with modern Japanese interior & facilities. Professional, nice & cosy environment.
I’ve joined the Lava Group Class, it was a great experience with the heated lava stone floor & infrared ray technology. It’s very relaxing and good for blood circulation and skin improvement. After attended the workout, I feel my skin is very smooth.
Highly recommended for PT, Pilate & Yoga class.

The experience from the first time you step into the gym was attentive, warm and friendly. The studio is tastefully done, minimalistic yet very comfortable. The highlight? The individual stretch machines that targets specific parts of your body and ensures correct alignment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped in for a Hatha Flow class in the Lava Stone room and loved the experience. Think of it like hot yoga but much more comfortable, the right level of heat to sweat out and enjoy your yoga! Theres even mist to hydrate your skin in the middle of the class. Also loved the lounge area. Nice place to chill before or after class.
