Finding the KH Tower was a bit of a hassle despite using waze. Too many illegally parked vehicles on & along the main entrance road. Signages are somewhat blocked.. Buildings including the neighboring ones are tall & difficult to look for the building names. FJ Benjamin KL was referred to by Victorinox Hong Kong in response to my eMail enquiry. My Victorinox ST-5000 is an old model. Only after FJ Benjamin, KL confirmed availability of parts that I made the visit to this Victorinox service center. I needed to replace - watch rubber strap, - steel screws holding the titanium watch cover as 1 was damaged while changing batteries. All was completed within Β½ hour. Customer service personnel was very helpful & professional handling my request. Overall rating : 4Β½.

I purchased Victorinox 241514 watch in 2015 and had been using since and it came with a 3 years warranty. During my ownership I had encountered several issues which required constant visit to the Victorinox. Issues faced included the watch that needed servicing as it constantly stops, battery change (usual). What I did not like are the staff who never calls me when the repairs were completed and I had to call them back. What makes me annoyed is that they tell me everytime that they tried to call me but couldn't reach me. As far as I know it can't be true as I did not get any missed call notification and the staff should have the courtesy to call perhaps an additional 2 times. Anyway, once my warranty ended, the watch stopped working again and i left it aside for a couple of months and I found another watch repair person from mudah.my and after he did servicing and battery replacement, the watch worked ever since and it did not have issues as I had encountered when I sent over to FJ Benjamin. For those who are sending your watches here, please ensure that you follow up perhaps every week on the status and if there were repairs done, do get evidence that it actually done. Anyway Now I like my Victorinox watch as it works better than when I got it attended to by FJ benjamin.

I've purchased and received 2 items from them online on sept2021 for my friend's daughter B-Day on oct2021. M not sure is it due to mid sales therefore they sent me 2 defect/rejected items (both defect are near to their corporate logo GUESS as photos below) come with certificates which has no stamp. I dono you all, but this kind of product authenticity , I could get better counterfeit from pasar malam . I requested them to exchange 1 to 1 since their QC did the mistake, how lucky can it be to have both defect on logo products is this corporate image should be?if 1 were dmg at least I could present the other. Their answer to me is they will send me their rider to collect them items but, I got to print out the return slip and then, I will receive my refund after. WTx!! They did the mistake n I have to bare the consequences and back to square 1 with my money? Then the present? it's Oct d! I got so angry in mail, their next reply is sorry they couldn't do the exchange due to the item is damaged. Haloo! U wasted my time n sent me 2 defect items now u putting the blame on me? sumore instructing me to print return slip? what a smart way to push your responsibilities!!! Is this how GUESS work? This Benjamin company definitely damaging GUESS corporate image. Since you are able to send your rider over to collect but can't exchange for your mistakes, what's the logic behind? And then they reply both the items I purchased is out of stock (after 10 mails only u mention this) .. Lol .. They must thinking v consumer are dumb asx.. they are lucky am not lawyer major.i felt cheated and my time totally wasted. Dear consumer what kind of Online purchase you've ever done were unable to exchange the same product due to the sender QC? GUESS by Benjamin Sdn Bhd. well maybe there is generous or rich or consumer that are alright with counterfeit products, but not me, bcuz it are meant for a present and the time wasted! I've asked them to save the riders time and the can have d money I paid( I can proceed back as how they wasted my effort n time by accepting their offer for refund, come by and collect ,then I just ignore and no show ,but I pity the rider not his fault ,so I din't) , I told them to save the riders time, they can keep the money as well, no point present the items when even ownself finds it counterfeit and fake quality I've threw it away. So for any consumer out there, I hope you're not as unlucky as me or buying more then 2 items just incase.

Visit to change my Victorinox watch battery. Service is good and process was smooth. Just that the building is hard to find and parking was nightmare. I parked at Menara Hap Seng and walked a bit.
