โ โ โ โ โ Worst courier ever, i received notification that my lazada parcel was delivered by this man called Syed Mohd Shazmer bin Syed Mohd Sobri and as usual there's picture being uploaded in the Lazada app as proof of delivery. However, when i looked at the picture, the background was no where near my address or even the surrounding and he dared claim that i signed on it. Now, my parcel is gone and i've been calling their hotline whatsoever, no body picked up.

โ โ โ โ โ by far the worst experience I have ever encountered in courier service. Purchased item for lazada and has been pending for half a month & the worst part is your customer seveice is not even responding. No one is updating on the status of the parcel. Can't even pickup & don't even know where is the pracel. Lol no more using this courier service.

โ โ โ โ โ Always have issue with Lazada order that is delivered by Flash. My item ordered on 17th May had not arrive today (1st June) but the same day order delivered from China (also brought through Lazada) had arrived 1 week prior. Lazada shows that the delivery will arrived on 21st May?! What are your driver doing.
Flash have very bad delivery schedule! Item stuck at the same place for more than a week and they still ask me to wait?! Call customer support also no answer! After few try they told me the parcel is passed to third party partner to deliver?! I thought you are a delivery company and u get third party to deliver for u?

โ โ โ โ โ This is the worst courier service u can ever get. Urgent document took more than 4 days and I'm yet to receive. They promised 1 day. And now they can't promise when will I get. No proper response. The customer service dont even care about out urgency. U can't get even worst company than this. Regret trying them.

I wish there was a way to rate them zero stars, or negative. Lazada handed over a package to them 8 days back for delivery. The status has not changed, and it is still where it was. Have tried using their chat (waiting list queue number 28, 57, 71, 53) for over 4 days, and after 30-40 min of waiting they throw you out.
Tried calling them 3 different times and spent over 30-40 min on hold without any access to a human being, or even being able to speak with someone.
AVOID at all costs. Completely useless and a disgrace to the courier industry

โ โ โ โ โ First time customer of Flash Express. Placed my order thru easy parcel, but the courier never came to collect my parcel. When called customer service 2 days later, they claimed that my order was "cancelled by sender" despite I have already fully paid for it and never initiated any cancelation request. CS promised that rider will come to collect next day. No show again, called customer service and they said my tracking number and phone number is now totally not on their system. They put me on hold for 15mins and eventually, dropped the call! Super bad ethics & unreliable courier service. stay away at all costs. Will never use Flash ever again.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered a product through Lazada on 17/5 with the delivery showing that it would come by 19/5 - 23/5, It is now the 24th of May and the product was only shipped by the courier company yesterday. I was concerned if i was the only one with this treatment but apparently many other customers have been experiencing the same exact thing. The service is pretty much non-existent; it doesn't matter anyways, i don't think feedback is necessary when they're this far off, I don't understand why most of the time Lazada doesn't let you choose a courier service of your liking, you're going to have to stick with the one that's already there, i dont think i'll be ordering from lazada anytime soon as i definetly wouldn't want Flash express to be defaulted as my courier service. I'm only writing a review to inform other people about the havoc that this company has created for many. Thank you.

Slow delivery. Sent my RM4K worth item to wrong address. Lucky, I realize early. Manage to call the guy, to re-collect and re-sent to my house.โฌ Worst courier company. Zero star rating.
