★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry for those tenants in there but its a bad place to settle with that kind of rental is really not worth it. I have seen an unit in there whose owner was asking for 800-850 per month.. The house is ok but roof is low. The environment is really no good... all kind of people living in there. Every floor has its own dump of garbage just right in front of the lift.. Dirty. The lifts are real old.. Door doesnt even shut properly. Good luck for those residence in this flat. p/s you could find way better apartment with this price.
