★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will totally regret to buy a house here. All the car park is occupied by cone, and totally not safe here. Even happen at night that indian citizens play music loud in midnight and practice dancing (Yes, its midnight, 2am.). Moreover, there alot of praying activity especial a chinese temple will do praying camp for whole week (every year) and totally occupied the car parking without any restriction. Even make complaint to MPS also useless. The most scary part is crime happen here. Got people that take drug and gambling (in the chi temple), kidnapping in a PRIVATE rubbish field (I said PRIVATE because its really occupied by an indian family and MPS also not doing anything or penalty), the kidnapping I even saw police and forensic officer here, but at the end the guy involve in this case just being lepas macam tu saja. Not only this, even happen that a guy being kill here and this happening being reported in news paper. Also, most of people here not pay service and maintenance fee end up the lift out of service. If you want to buy a unit here, please think carefully. Luckily I just saw my unit few months ago. Dont think this flat easy to be sold as the developer already bankrupt, so the S&P process took 8 months to done. If you want to buy for investment, you will cry in you mother hug because of loss money.
