Staffs were polite, and responsible.
Bought a voucher in a fair... although decided not to use it in the end, the staff (Jimmy) proceeded with the refund procedure anyway, without question.
Received refund within promised time frame! Very trusted brand!

โ โ โ โ โ I first contacted Floor Depot via Whatsapp. I found that they are hardworking, prompt and friendly. I like that they have an app with all the necessary details and quotes.
I dropped by the shop personally to get 3 pieces of profiles for a few doors. It was a very small business. The staff sent the items to my car but the profiles were 9 feet long. They could not fit into my tiny car at all.
To my surprise, the boss offered to deliver to my home. I was very touched because this was a small transaction. The staff was also knowledgeable. He shared good information and made good recommendation too. I learned some new things from him. Truly appreciate everyone here. Thanks!

โ โ โ โ โ Worse experience ever. Bought 50k floor board, meet more than 6 managers who gave me different explanations of the problem I had. Last manager had contact since May 2019, till today no news at all. All floor board expanded & broken badly, did not even send some one to fix it. Tried to contact them via facebook but they had blocked me. I not sure how this company treat their customers. Sincerely not recommended anyone at all to buy from them.
