โ โ โ โ โ orst experience ever!!!...I was made a order Won Mon 11 Feb 2020 for the Valentine's day...I keep on follow up on the day on Valentine's 14 Feb 2020 either the flowers already deliver to my wife or not..I call 3 times..then they say has been arrange..until my wife finish duty the flower never received...Then my wife received a call from a driver saying he will arrived around 10-15 minutes...then my wife rep she want to left the office ady...then the driver say juz wait laa...then hang up the call...then after 10 minutes my wife call again the driver is it ady arrive or not...then he say around 20-25 minutes more,was stuck at traffic jam..M so disappointed with yours service and staff attitude...M a customer ask customer to wait???I hope u can do something to replace...
