The only comment is don't think they operate 24x7 as no one seems respond to my question in the night or early morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say i received amazing prompt response and arrangement from Belcony Florist. I was so worried if i cant make it on time for my husband's birthday. I ve prepared nothing only to realised by 9am that today is his birthday. So i quickly googled and found their page. I reached their chat support at Belcony Florist website in doubt i will receive reply since its only 9am. To my surprise i received immediate response. I succesfully made an order by 930am and asking help if it is possible for the chocolate bouquet to arrive before 12pm. Thank God they made it just in time . I received my order at 1130am. I'm so glad that i found their page. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A highly reliable company for sending flowers. Their website is simple to navigate with easy payment system. I sent flowers to my boss for her birthday in Selangor, Malaysia, while sitting comfortably on my couch in Japan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware……. You wont get what you saw in their page photo? RM98 for a mini size and expired flowers. Bad service in town, call with answering by a Bangladesh who not really understand Malay or English, They are not allow to speak with their Manager, we just want to verify the follows quality and unexpected size, they ask you to complaint by email.
