Dont waste your money buying flowers from this shop. Not worth it plus super bad service. If possible I will give them a 0 star, their service and attitude doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating….

Worst florist ever! My boyfriend order a bouquet of roses from them through foodpanda. The picture they used in the app are roses with baby breath but the actual product are roses with chrysanthemum….. Who on earth will put chrysanthemum together with roses?! Chrysanthemum are used for worshiping ancestors or Buddha for Chinese and they literally just put it with roses. To receive a bouquet of flowers like that during Chinese New Year total ruined my mood. Try to contact the shop through Instagram and Whatsapp but they ignored! Super irresponsible. Dont even know how the shop survive until now with this kind of services.

The florist moved here from the bubble tea street, Jalan SS 15/4 in Sep 2019, probably because of the high rental pushed up by the many bubble tea shops there. It has been doing business on that road, perhaps for 20 years or more.

Friendly service and fresh flowers!!! A variety of flowers here ? The most important thing is, price are affordable for students as well!!!

A good friend of mine bought a bouquet of flowers for me around end of 2021. The flowers lasted me for almost 1 month and I loved how fresh it smells too ? Decided to get myself some flowers for my apartment today and look how beautiful and fresh it looks! Price is very reasonable, only RM 26. Highly recommend this place

Since I can't use the same account to reply to the owner’s comment, I'm using my side account here. Please learn from your mistakes and accept customer’s comment if you wanna do business. I argued with my boyfriend on 4 February 2022 and definitely is not on CNY eve. Or maybe other customers ordered the same bouquet on CNY eve and received the same thing as well. Guess I am not the only one who is unhappy with the chrysanthemum fillings. If you don't have enough stock for BB why not contact the customer first and discuss before you make your own arrangement or cancel the order? Customers pay money to get the product that is shown in the picture, not something else that is completely different from it. Also, your boy did not replace BB with white chrysanthemum but PURPLE AND GREEN. The flowers aren’t even small and white but also the same size as the rose. The photo attached is what I received on 4 FEB 2022 as you can see the roses are not done nicely. Some parts of the roses are dying, ironically the chrysanthemum looking fresh and lively. If the owner and staff are not Chinese then I can tolerate it but you, as a Chinese, know the fact and still allow your boy to use chrysanthemum for fillings is totally unacceptable. You said your walk-in customer accepts but we are not walk-in customers and not all customers are the same. You DID NOT discuss with my boyfriend first before making a decision because you do not care about the customer's feelings and you only focus on earning the profit. Not to mention if you do not have enough stock to sell, why not make it unavailable in the app in the first place? So that customer wouldn't have to waste money and time on such things. Plus, if you actually are managing your Instagram account and Whatsapp, you will notice you have received messages from me and my boyfriend on the same date (4 February 2022, CHOR 4). But you DID NOT reply until now. :) why not explain this as well instead of finding excuses for yourself. Since you are able to reply to my review here, please reply to my boyfriend's message as well. We need a solution not excuses. If you hope I understand your situation please understand our feelings first and put some effort into solving the problem. Don't start a business if you can't provide what a customer's needs and then use excuses to make up for your mistakes and ignore those problems. Thank you and Happy Chinese New Year ;)
