β β β β β I am not a real estate agent yet. However, I am exploring to be one and trying to find an agency that fit me best. And this is how I come into all these comments. After reading all the negative comments, it just make me feel someone is " throwing an egg" with some intention. Every company has it own system and sop. For example, someone is quoting about the joining fees and termination, I am sure you are aware of all these before joining and you are opt to reject and join other company. No subsidy? Oh my, This is just unfair for the company. I feel so sorry for FLP for getting such an unfair comments. All the best to you, FLP. By looking at the photo, it seem like it is the most best environment office.

β β β β β Bad experience becoming an agent in this company. Alot of penalty you need to pay. If didn't hit target have to pay, want to join booth and didn't close case have to pay, late for meeting also have to pay. People here humiliate you according to how you look and behave too. They won't appreciate you. And all the good reviews here are all from the leaders in this company. Dont believe then do your research first.
