★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suck company! one of my family member rent a Bezza from here. Once they received deposit, they will arrange car for you on the following day. But you are not allow to test drive more then 200km due to owner told us that all his car is in good condition. But after getting the car, my family member realized that the car has serious steering problem.
When we raise up the issue to the owner, the owner was refuse to repair and refund the deposit due to we already sign the document. During the discussion,the owner was called the police to drive us away. But luckily the police was side to us and they finally refund the deposit although not full amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a customer but trapped in my parking spot because they double parked their company car infront of me - AND DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO LEAVE A NUMBER?! If you handle cars, can you please handle your OWN cars too. Inconvenient as hell for everyone. It doesn’t take long to leave a number, please be more considerate. Especially if you are representing your company car. So unprofessional.
