β β β β β We are a respectable company and this is the first and last time we are dealing with your forwarding company because we are greatly disappointed with your services. In our line of business we have never encountered such rude services with either our clients or vendors. Your staff (Butterworth) called up requesting for payment and we explained to her that we have just received the Invoice/statement the day before and we need a few days for the approval signature from our Headoffice in Johor. She immediately raised her voice saying there's no such thing and demanded that payment should be paid once we received the invoice. She sounded as if we are not going to make the payments and as mentioned earlier we are a RESPECTABLE Company and we have never dishonor any settlements before. Honestly we feel offended. In this competitive corporate world it's never easy to open new accounts and with her rude and undiplomatic attitude your company has just lost one client where your sales staff has worked so hard getting it. Your staff (Butterworth) definitely needs more training in her field of work or attend some Anger Management courses. Anyway although we won't be having any more future business dealings we still wish your Company all the best.

β β β β β Very lousy service. Staff handled our case has very least knowledge on overseas logistics. Additionally, very poor communication. FM said cannot do documentation, we found another company B to help on documentation, both of them did had conversation and discussion. After company B helped FM to proceed and asked for payment, FM refused to pay and said they already did all documentation?????? To be honest, if staff of FM Global head is not clear, please do rest well, take some medicine and try not to bring trouble to others.
