โ โ โ โ โ This company used to called Friendbond Management Sdn Bhd. We used to be their loyalty customer before they changed company name. Recently, I asked them to help me get some files which is very long time ago. I understand it is not easy to locate back old files so i told her that I give her time and I will call back a month later. Since then, the lady Ms. Axx does not want pick up my calls; does not respond to my whatsapp and not able to reach her in the office. If you are not able to help me, you can simply say you can't. I am not gonna bite you or sue you anyway. Please be more professional and as a person show more manners to your previous customer.
