★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had always been my go-to place for balloons. However, the last visit was terrible. Helium balloon which cost me RM39 popped around 10 minutes after leaving the shop. I went back to the store, and the owner said he can’t replace it for free, nor for a cheaper price. This is because I have left the store with an intact balloon. Upon asking how long should I stay (in store) to make sure balloon doesn’t pop, he replied “no cannot do anything. Need to buy new one”.
So just be careful with the service.
