★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. My eyeglasses got delayed a lot. And when it finally arrived, I went to collect it to find out it was a different one than the one I choose.
Expensive prices for terrible service. Totally not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place today and no effort was made in terms of consultation or suggestions of different models for specs. I gave clear feedback of what type and style I was looking for and asked if the Chinese sales staff could recommend certain models based on what I explained but he merely pointed at the glass display cabinet and made no effort whatsoever to suggest or recommend something to me. I was asking questions but felt I was having a monologue and as time went on I just didn't feel treated like a customer but as if my presence was a disturbance. He even seemed annoyed to have to open up the glass doors to take out the models I pointed at even though they were expensive and I was interested in them. He didn't offer me a single frame unless i asked for it. There were 2 sales staff in the store and neither of them made any effort to give me the right attention and none of them had any sales attitude even though I was the only customer! I told him that maybe today he's not in the mood to sell anything and I left the store disappointed and annoyed. Yesterday I was served by a lady in a spectacles shop in klcc that went far and beyond to serve me and now coming to focus point I was utterly disappointed. Will not be back if this is what you hire to manage your store! It's appalling having to beg to make a purchase when he could have just made some effort to serve me as a customer, not as someone that is unwanted in this store. He barely spoke too - definitely not the qualifications u look for when hiring a sales personnel.
