J	Jesmond Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Polite staff. Very thoughtful to keep the air-con ready for check-in. The room you enter is pre-cooled from the hot weather. Good location. Free Parking available. The manager Mr Lau is very attentive and helpful. Free Chicken Essence for every room stay. Do note the hotel is above the shophouses, and you need to climb a flight of stairs to get up. Pretty easy. Bed was comfy, the toilet was clean. Strongly recommend this hotel.

On Friday & Saturday nights, you would exit the hotel into the hustle & bustle of the Jonker Street Night Market. A KK Mart & Family Mart are 10 seconds away. Free outdoor parking (must pay RM5 first but can be claimed from hotel concierge) available across the road. All the popular Malaccan Food Joints are nearby as well. If you want convenience for travel & food hunting, this hotel is for you. Several downsides including the lack of fridge inside rooms and the walls being too thin. If your neighbours have kids, expect to hear them from the hall. You will also be able to hear your neighbours struggling with inserting their chargers into the plug points or the occasional door slamming.

H	Hoo Chung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very strategic location. Parking is free and very nearby the hotel. Even though it is close to jonker street the night there is quite pleasent and quiet. There is a 7 eleven just nearby and within walking distance to all the attractions. Very friendly staffs and room are clean and well maintained
J	Julian S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel and a great location. In China town and at the start of jonker walk. Free parking was just 100 meters away from the hotel. All the staff seemed really friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was a good size. The only downsides about the room were no fridge or kettle (There was however access to a fridge in the reception area and a hot and cold water dispenser in the hall. I'd much rather have these in the room though for the convenience). And the shower was really poor. Had to reduce the water flow to get hot water. Also 12 TV channels were advertised in the room but could only receive 3. I was told no signal for the others. Overall it was OK but could be easily improved. I'd try another hotel if I was staying in Melaka again.
K	Katerina P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depending on the room you get, with or without window, it is more or less comfortable/big and mildew smelling. It is clean, that's for sure. In general I can recommend it, you can also refill your bottle here and the location is excellent. Staff is very helpful too.

Friendly & good service but have to walk up to reception and rooms at first floor. Lobby and rooms are fairly plain and ordinary without much in the way of design and decor.
