Coffee drinks are made by brewing hot water (or much less commonly, cold water) with groundcoffee beans. The brewing is either done slowly bydrip or filter, French press or cafetière, percolator, etc., or done very quickly under pressure by anespresso machine, where the coffee is termed "espresso"—slow-brewed coffees are generally regarded simply as "coffee". All coffee drinks are based on either coffee or espresso, in different strengths; some drinks have milk or cream added, some use steamed milk, cream, plant based milk, or foamed milk, some have flavorings or sweeteners, some have alcoholic liqueurs added, some are combinations of coffee with espresso or tea.[1] With the invention of the Gaggia machine, espresso, and espresso with milk such as cappuccino and latte, spread in popularity from Italy to the UK in the 1950s, then to America, and with the rise in popularity of the Italian coffee culture in the 1980s it began to spread worldwide via coffeehouses and coffeehouse chains.[2][3] The caffeine content in coffee beans may be reduced via one of several decaffeinationprocesses to produce decaffeinated coffee (sometimes known as "decaf" coffee), which may be drunk as regular, espresso or instant coffee. A good all you can eat steamboat style buffet. Nice ambience and friendly staff who caters to your needs. The main problem is the parking. Only 4 can fit in the compound and the external parking is a bit risky due to its location on a busy fast main road to the airport. If you go early, there will be a variety of food available. Some of my favourites are: 1. Black pepper sesame beef 2. Black pepper sesame Chicken 3. fresh prawns 4. Fresh cuttlefish 5. A good selection of "ulam" (vegetables that are eaten raw) 6. Bee hoon soup( rice vermicelli with chicken broth) 7. Mee soup (noodle soup with chicken broth) However if you go late, like at 10p.m. for supper, most of the prawn and squid will be gone. Some suggestion for improvements are more variety for drinks, like hot drinks such as tea or coffee . It would also be better if the burner was flat and lower to the table I liked it. It's cheap for a buffet, has high chairs.
