I have been a long time foodpanda customer, spent about RM2000 per month on food delivery, but it comes to an end today. I placed an order at 11am, app shows that the food was picked up within 9 minutes of my order. The restaurant is 5 minutes ride away from my house. I waited for an hour but the rider didn't arrive. Contacted customer services, they said it was because of high volumn orders & busy traffic. Waited to 2pm, 3 hours after my initial order, still not yet arrive. Contacted support and received same copy paste messages. Told them it wasn't traffic or busy hours, as theres literally zero traffic at the restaurant, but they replied with same copy paste messages every time. And then as soon as I ended support chat, the order is marked as delivered, no door bell or motor horn sound so I checked outside my house, but didn't find anything.

They send your order to the store before getting a rider. So your food is prepared in a timely manner, then sent to you after 2 hours. Support suggested solution for me? Cancel your order without a refund because i quote, "your food has already been prepared". I am positive their employees go to work high. Watch this company die a slowwww and painful death in Malaysia. You won't be missed panda baby :)

Foodpanda has been so bad since 6 months ago. My orders kept delaying for up to 1 hour. Once I reach out to an agent, this agent (Samuel) is very rude too. I’ve not completed my question and he decided to end our chat. Very disappointed!!!! I am not surprised to see so many 1 star for you. If there is a 0 star, I would’ve rated 0. FOODPANDA, you have so much to learn from GRAB!!!!!

Damn bad Foodpanda!!! Business development manager only can communicate in Cantonese, did not even bother customer understand Cantonese dialect or not! Commission want take but service sucks!!! Staffs not efficient at all, keep dragging issues without solving it! So big company but no-one can really do work! No one can be reached when want to address issues!!! Keep saying waiting Foodpanda call back us but end up no update at all!!! Such a rubbish company!!!

Terrible mobile application and customer service. Originally showed max 30 mins for the food to arrive but after an hour there was no update in the app! Had to contact their terrible customer service only know that they had no drivers. However I was unable to cancel as the restaurant had already cooked the food. How is that our fault when your mobile app originally showed me 30 minutes? Its almost 1 hour and 30 mins but still no food.

Has been facing lot of issues whenever ordering through foodpanda. Worse yesterday, received notification of unexpected error when placing order so order again from another account but after half an hour there is notification that rider pick up from 1st order so we have duplicated orders but the customer service refused to cancel order. Order at own risk, either take very long to deliver your order, duplicate order can’t cancel or being scolded by riders.

I have ordered From Foodpanda Village Grocer, it has no chat option for any replacement items and the Rider some are so crazy and maniac, about to fight. So I gave 1 out of 5. We are customers, if feel good for Reasons, we will be regular. Neither just regretted for chosen online shops like Billions…. Thanks ??

Have been a foodpanda loyal user for years, and for years they have this ability to somehow assign me a rider manually when the order took too long. Today however, I waited an hour for my breakfast despite my order was placed as early as 730am. Frustrated as I am, I contacted help center as usual, they inform me there's nothing they can do about the delay as there's huge amount of orders at that particular hour (730am on a weekend, weird huh), and suggested me to patiently wait as the new estimated time suggests, which is another hour. To be fair they did offer a RM6 refund. While I'm well aware that some responsibility falls under the restaurant, this rider issue is clearly under your direct jurisdiction. If you have no ability to provide enough riders, please at least continue to have the manual override feature available instead of telling your user to wait 2 hours (I hope not more) for a breakfast. 2 hours expected delay and a RM6 refund, well the decision is clear, bye foodpanda.
