★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Sent my 2013 Ford for diagnostics and repairs but problem not solved. Most of the staff have poor knowledge about Ford cars. Charge hefty amount to customers for nothing. Ford Malaysia should do something about this service centre.
