★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the owner of this shop hired a lot of foreigner to wash customer’s hair. Their worker wash my hair very rudely and during blow dry my hair the cap of the hair dryer hit my head very hardly but I’m not receiving any apologies from her… Complaining with his owner still not getting any apologise from him just claim that they this is her personality cannot being changed!? My mum hair being cut unbalanced… I think they are opt for quantity over quality…
This review is to reply the owner's review. That's my bad to quote "foreigner" I am here to apologize for that. However, that day she hit my head with the hair dryer cap and I heard it very clearly that she said "dia jatuh sendiri" while replying to the shop owner just beside her treating other customer. I heard "dia jatuh sendiri" instead of sorry... Next, you mentioned that I need to have empathy to understand that she need to wash 50 headcounts everyday... May I know is that an excuses? I am here paying my money to enjoy your services instead of to being treat rudely.. Lastly regrading my mum haircut (attached in the pic) are you expecting my mum to check at that ambient with low light condition? I think it should be your job to ensure everything is okay right?
