โ โ โ โ โ I wouldn't use this agency again and I am discouraging others not to either.I have heard so many reports from Employers and other nannies that they are charging too much and there is no consistency on payments. For example, to cancel a maids visa with immigration it costs MYR200; however, it can range from 400 to 800 depending on who the agency is dealing with.
This agency is all about making money and when they start to lose money, they push it back on the employer. Our nanny ran away after 3 months, 3 weeks but this was highly inconvenient for the agency as this happened over CNY, so it was my fault! Well, things happen any time so as an agency they need to be prepared for that. After providing months of evidence on how our nanny had broken contract a number of times, the agency finally took my side UNTIL she left the country and I started inquiring about my position to take on a new maid. Because the agency did not want to lose face, it was 'actually she was quite a nice person and that I shouldn't be listening to gosip from the Philippino community', there was no compensation, no mention of how the agency had sold me a bad apple but the tables were turned very quickly back on the employer 'she was actually a good person'. Consequently, if I want another maid then I will have to pay approximately 13k to start the process again. Well, this agency won't be getting a penny more from me.
