★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told to walk in to IOI Mall Puchong branch as in Bandar Puteri they had some planned shooting. Never in my life I had gone to a photo studio and got a disastrous picture quality! As the studio is in the mall, it’s overcharged and they literally used a ruler to measure passport size picture on their screen. I don’t call this precision but incompetent to operate a photo studio. The pic that I took a decade ago from a normal photo studio in my “Taman” have way better contrast, color and sharpness. The pic that I took moments ago, look so pale, pastel and faded! Thats their best outcome for a overpriced and overrated photo studio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to go there when i was kid. Their treatment was polite. Respectful. Humble. Funny. They'll suggest us some pose to give while taking pictures. Abit pricy but super worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Professionalism shown in taking photos, also taught you how to pose, proper studio with different background and props. Help to edit photos before printing.
Cons: Not flexible. Pricy for me. They only give you back the softcopy for the pictures you intend to wash. Additional RM35 for each softcopy picture (regardless of whether you want to wash it out in album or not). We really wanted to keep all the softcopy but unable to do so coz they will cost us a bomb.
Also because we took photos for about 40min long, they said we have to pick from the 10 pic package (starting from RM690 onwards).
Took more than 1 month to get the finished product because they forgot my pictures, until i asked them myself. No compensation on this also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent low res photos via email. Requested for better resolution pics but still got the same. Printed photos was grainy as well. They charge RM20 for 4 printed pics and you would have to come back the next day to collect - not within the same day.
Take your passport pictures elsewhere, don’t bother with this place.
