β β β β β I had my graduation here and whenever I called them to enquire ,they reply me very rudely.Once I called them to collect my pictures and told them I will be a bit late to pick it up,they say no fully booked ,I asked what about tomorrow,they say cannot ,and I said will my pictures be kept safe ,they said in three months no collecti we will throw away.Everytime I call them they reply rudely .On my graduation Day,they made an issue saying only 7 ppl allowed when clearly they email never stated it ,we had to talk hours to rhen.In conclusion,they don't help for students on their graduation and they are extremely rude .

β β β β β Not even worth 1 star, Firstly, the quality of the robe was really really poor. Behind the robe still got dirt that i need to clear up. When ask the girl at the counter/ receptionist, she said "Our robe is like that one, all also like that one, cannot change". Such an arrogant attitude, totally not friendly at all and pretend to scold me more. Hello, who was customer right now?
But anyway another staff call Kathy was friendly and helpful, I made my complaint to her and she process my refund in 1 day.

It was a terrible experience with Foto Prime because of her bad behavior/attitude. I wonder does her boss know how rude she is when dealing with customers? Its gonna be my first and the last time with them.

β β β β β Went here for my graduation photos.
This is not a professional studio. Photos are simply taken. They even give me a photo that has someone passed by in it. Red eyes spotted, flash light spotted as well. No photoshop after the shots.
Especially the time for delivery. They said the photos are available after 2 weeks, if opt for delivery I will have to wait for another 1 week, which is fine to me. I ended up waited for 4 weeks. Upon inquiry at the 4th week, they told me they had not delivered it and promised will make it in that week. At the 5th week, with disappointment, they said they will ship it out by that day which it finally arrived two days after.
With all the factors above, you guys really deserve 1 star as I can see from the reviews.
Please improve.

β β β β β Bad service. No efforts taken for the photo to turn out nice. Very unprofessional. 1/10 service . But the guy was polite and patience to handle the customers where as the lady was rushing for no reason. On top of this itβs really pricy.

β β β β β theyβve taken down the shop banner so it was hard to find the shop. still the same location but relocated upstairs. hereβs the entrance door. only 1 person can enter at a time for graduation pictures
