★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masa: lewat 2-3 jam untuk setiap temujanji.
Kualiti Servis: minta untuk cabut dan pasang aircond. Lepas pasang, aircond tak sejuk. Datang cek sekali lagi, tak jumpa punca, dikatanya valve dari kilang yang rosak. Nanti claim warranty katanya kalau tak sejuk lagi. Saya panggil installer lain, dia jumpa punca dari piping yang tak kemas dan bocor minyak. Selesai masalah aircon tak sejuk. Tapi, saya minta FR Prima bayar upah installer tu, dia tak mau. Kedekut.
Masa yang sama, saya minta pasang aircon baru. Lepas pasang, lampu biru kelip error. Aircon baru tu. Kiranya, 2 2 job gagal disempurnakan dengan baik. Melepas batuk di tangga.
Upah: bukan yang termurah dikawasan pekan . Dengan kualiti sebegitu, patut upah lebih murah..
 Time: 2-3 hours late for each appointment.

He will claim a warranty if he doesn't get cold. I called another installer, he found the cause of the piping and oil leaks. Aircon problem is not cool. But, I asked FR Prima to pay the installer fee, he didn't want to. Stingy.
At the same time, I asked for a new aircon. After installing, the blue light flashes. The new aircon. Unfortunately, 2 2 jobs failed to do well. Take off the cough on the stairs.
