He relay a fibre for us, our industrial park is known for cabling issue and TM sealed the manhole so it become extremely difficult for everyone, even UniFi need send technician over every month or fews to band-aid fix those fibre.
Daniel arrive my company at 5am+ to start preparing, initially estimate 1~2 hours task if TM manhole usable.
It turns out TM sealed the manhole so they need re-route and took them from morning 9am to 6pm to complete the task, which is 9 hours under the sun, I can't praise enough for their humble, knowledge, professional and craftmanship.
They immediately head to next case, as my case unexpectedly consume lot of time (due to TM sealed manhole) and cause them late, I hope next customer treat them well.
