★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When driving in do not worry about the big RM15 valet parking sign. Just keep driving and you will find a large parking area which is free. Very nice concept and there is plenty of discounts here, however male washroom was a little gloomy and small. Area a little warm so don't wear thick clothes.

The feeling just like a JPO, GPO.. the setup almost the same.
My View:
1. Parking : a lot but possible not able to get nearer to the entrances. Most of carpark taken by Jockey Carpark which cost RM15.
2. Environment: nice and relax
3. Outlet : more a less like JPO & GPO
4. Price : like others PO
So if you are happen at Malacca. AFO or FAFO can be a place instead of going to JPO & GPO.

- date 6 feb 2022, go to the FAO, many outlet doesnt have many product, maybe stock not arrive or something like that.
- better bring any kind of portable fan because open place, so little bit hot in there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great open air mall with lotsa branded stores. but lack of eating place. need to improve on number of eateries. the toilet was great, very clean and smells good. need to bring a mini fan if you ae here during a hot day. because the weather is scorching hot. overall great outlet need more eateries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropby here from Seremban to Utem. Lots of renowned designer outlet here such as Body glove, Hush Puppies, Levi’s, Playboy and Clarks. Facilities like free parkings, benches for rest and relax, toilets are plenty.. also prayer room and atm machines. Got great discount prices 50-70%. The shop & redeem is freegift of 1 box of face mask for Rm250 purchase of goods.
