★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foods are getting more expensive, old price RM 13, new price RM 15. Plus SST charges some more. Environment was OK, food wasn't a match up with its hefty price tag, service wasn't satisfactory also, food serving was super slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased milk tea and asked the cashier who served us if it was okay for us to take a seat inside the shop. He told us that we were good to go. Upon taking a seat inside, we were interrupted by the waitress and informed us that it was their rule/policy for each customer to order one drink/dish which was not written anywhere on the table or notified anywhere on their door or walls. Otherwise, we are supposed to leave even though we ORDERED ONE LARGE drink. Which shop in the whole wide world FORCES their customers to leave even though we made an order?
After voicing out our displeasure to the lady boss who also insisted that we had to make an additional order, came the son of the boss to question us for speaking loudly to the mother. The point is which customer would not feel angry or upset for being forced out of the shop even though an order was made. Instead of apologizing to for enforcing a stupid verbal rule on us, we are now blamed for voicing out our displeasure AS A CUSTOMER and an apology is being demanded by the son. Now, is the CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT or is the BOSS ALWAYS RIGHT?
The son of the boss even says that this is not the first time that they have received complaints from customers regarding this rule/policy and yet, there is nothing they can do because its their rule. What utter rubbish!
Never going back to this shop again! I hope the CAP visits you one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for an air-condition place for a cold drink to escape from the heat this is a good place for it. The food/dishes are not close to the real thing with quite a lot of ingredients being substituted. High cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic food. Fantastic Service. A lot of Japanese expecs have meals here. If the Japanese people can enjoy their meals here, then it is for sure A Grade. Fair Price. Good service. Clean premises. Toilets are very very clean.
