★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to stay..the price is cheap..relax..sometime noisy but not too much (which is not disturbing my relax time at all)..the cheapest one without toilet inside the room..haha
Quite disadvantages because it is little bit far from shopping mall..I mean if you want to walk..hard to fine parking around here too.
The most important is the service they offer like bus service..they can book ticket and also to send us to the bus station at only RM 3...can you believe that..? If I want to take take taxi I have to pay like RM 20++..if by rapid penang I have to walk to the bus stop which is like hundred meters away...with my baggage...
Despite no television..but hey..the wifi is the best..I can stream at my room without problem..hahaha..
For me this is one of the best...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accommodations are very basic, with housekeeping only upon request (albeit not uncommon for cheaper accommodation in southeast asia). Quayle brand television set did not function (power cord was frayed, and there was no antenna or cable hookup). Shared the room with a tiny lizard who hung out in the shower/bathroom with me the first night, and then underneath the television the rest of my stay. Room might as well have been windowless, as the lone window provided a view of the hallway. Air conditioning was functioning well and much needed for the stay. Location is alright and hotel is OK value for the money.

The only reason that I can't give this Hotel 4 out of 5 is because of the wifi. The internet is SLOWWW. The Router is old and doesn't reach any of the rooms farther away than 5 metres from the top of the stairs. It's a real drawback because we needed it for work.
Otherwise, for the price, it's one of the cheapest Motel/Hotels in the area with a private bathroom for a double room. We stayed in room 205. Bed was a bit saggy, towels and bedding are a bit old and tired....but it was clean and simple. Again, for the price, it's hard to complain. Air Conditioning worked well, and the shower has hot water (not a ton of pressure though). Location is amazing. And service was good (nice people here).
Drapes/Curtains desperately need to be washed.
All in all, it was a pleasant stay. Wish the internet was better. (pretty much useless).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place to stay, rooms dirty, and smelly. The room described at the counter and what u get is different. First was given room 220 which does not have a water heater and no bathroom light. Then when to counter and ask he replaced room me to room 219 which had a broken ceiling and leaking roof. A yellow bucket was put to collect the dripping water from the ceiling which was noisy whole night. Please be careful when u book a room over here.
