The location of this shop is easy to find.
There was ample parking space in front of the shop.
The staff is nice and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, even rushed over to open the door for a customer who holds two cups of frozen yogurt. Overall the frozen yogurt was very tasty, so many choices of topping and sauce. Affordable price. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [? Honest review ?] TLDR: Excited, but disappointed. Decent taste, too little toppings.
Was excited to try as it's local frozen yogurt brand, plus the hype & reviews.
Nice ambient and deco plus a spacious parking.
I ordered the Lotus biscoff edition and small size with kinder buenos topping.
However a bit disappointed with the topping as given was too little (refer image attached). The taste was decent, & the yogurt were slightly sour. Personally, I prefer llao llao as the yogurt taste more balanced & plentiful (way more) topping.
Never did I managed to finish the llao llao topping before the yogurt. But definitely not at froogurtz. Only a few spoons, the sauce finished.
Overall, price look cheap before ordering, due to the portion vs llao llao, but when you finally got it with the topping & sauce, not so. ?✌️
It's also not fully compacted with the yogurt. Also found out that their yogurt is easier to melt compare to llao llao.
Hopefully they can improve, especially on the toppings. Praise for the concept & how fast they grow ?
