Tak sure sama ada saya seorang atau orang lain pun sama.. Froogurtz TM sejak semenjak dua menjak ni, makin manissssssss la.. saya amik small cup, topping: kiwi kot.. kiwi masam..tapi froogurtz ni tetap rasa terlebih manis..manis leting ting ting ting ting.. sebelum2 ni macam okay je, tak manis, just nice.. apa2 pun, staff counter tolong bersabar bila customer tengah pilih topping..jangan nak rushing, jangan nak push..kata ada almost 40 toppings, of course la customer ambil masa yang lama untuk memilih.. fyi, untuk yang tak pernah order, harga berubah untuk 2022 - 1 jan 2022: small cup rm7, large cup rm10, add on topping rm1.50.. previously - 2021: small cup rm6, large cup rm9, add on topping rm1.. btw, small cup selalu habis di TM, harap lebih kan stok untuk small cup ye..
Not sure if I'm alone or someone else is the same .. Froogurtz TM since the last two years, it's getting sweeter .. my friend small cup, topping: kiwi kot .. sour kiwi..but this froogurtz still tastes even sweeter..sweet leting ting ting ting ting .. Before, it was kind of okay, not sweet, just nice .. whatever, counter staff, please be patient when the customer is choosing a topping..don't want to rush, don't want to push..say there are almost 40 toppings, of course the customer takes a long time to choose .. Fyi, for those who have never ordered, the price changed for 2022 - 1 Jan 2022: small cup rm7, large cup rm10, add on topping rm1.50 .. previously - 2021: small cup rm6, large cup rm9, add on topping rm1 .. btw, small cups always run out in TM, please have more stock for small cups ..

Saya suka froogurtz. Tapi saya harap ada penambahbaikan dari segi layanan staff. Layanan yang saya maksudkan adalah supaya staff lebih talkactive dengan kata lain peramah. Saya bagi situasi yang saya lalui. Kami ke sana masa tu ada ramai orang. So staff suruh tunggu kejap dalam 15 minit centu untuk order ice cream. Kami tunggula lebih dari 15 minit. Sampaila tinggal kami je dalam kedai tu. Lebih 15 minit kitorang tengok je dekat pekerja tu dgn harapan pekerja tu akan panggil kami untuk order. Kaunter dengan meja dekat je. Dalam hati mungkin ice cream baru dimasukkan dalam mesin. Kami tengok diorang, diorang tengok kami. Diorang tahu kami tgh tunggu nak order. Masuk la sorang customer pegi dekat kaunter terus boleh order ice cream. Kami terpinga-pinga. So, kami pergilah dekat kaunter untuk order jugak. Order dua ice cream. Satu dah dapat. Satu lagi staff tu dah letak ice cream, pastu topping buah pastu tetiba diorang senyap. Ice cream ntah kemana. ada yg berdiri, ada yg duduk dekat kaunter, ada yang berpeluk tubuh tepi peti. Dia macam eh, mana ice cream aku? Saya terpinga2 depan kaunter tu. Saya tanyala kenapa ya lambat? sebab dah letak buah apa semua tetiba semua senyap. Barulah staff ada mulut nak jawab mesin ada masalah, ice cream tak sejuk dsb. so, diorang letak ice cream tu dalam peti. Ice cream yg sy dapat tu agak cairla. Kesimpulannya dekat sini, saya bukan nak buat karangan. Cuma suggestion untuk improve mutu/kualiti staff supaya lebih produktif. Kami customer tak tahu masalah anda. Jadi, korang lah yang perlu terangkan dan minta maaf kepada kami jika ada masalah yg tak dapat dielakkan. Jangan buat kami terpinga-pinga. Kalau layanan anda baik, santun anda baik, customer pun akan sejuk hati. Kalau saya ni panas baran, dah lama saya "lerak mejo".
I love froogurtz. But I hope there is an improvement in terms of staff service. The service I mean is to make the staff more talkactive in other words friendly. I share the situation I went through. We went there at that time there were a lot of people. So the staff told me to wait for 15 minutes to order ice cream. We stumped for more than 15 minutes. Until we stayed in the shop. We look at people, people look at us. People know we're waiting to order. A customer enters near the counter and can order ice cream. We were stunned. So, we went near the counter to order as well. Order two ice creams. One got it. Another staff put ice cream, then the fruit topping came in silence. Ice cream goes nowhere. Some were standing, some were sitting near the counter, some were hugging the edge of the crate. He's like eh, where's my ice cream? I thought in front of the counter. I asked why it's so late? because I put the fruit, everything is quiet. Then the staff had a mouth to answer the machine had a problem, the ice cream was not cold etc. So, people put the ice cream in the box. The ice cream I got was a bit liquid. The conclusion is close here, I do not want to write an essay. Just a suggestion to improve the quality of staff to be more productive. We customers do not know your problem. So, you are the one who needs to explain and apologize to us if there is an unavoidable problem. Don't make us dizzy. If your service is good, your manners are good, customers will be cool. If I'm hot tempered, I've been "lerak mejo" for a long time.
