★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suka potong2 gaji tapi KWSP tak carum, dah achieve target bulanan utk March 20k company untung 8K dari collection staff tapi sampai bulan 5 commision dgn incentive bulan 3 tak dpt atas alasan resign 24jam takkan dapat incentive padahal Boss Thamu sendiri cakap kalau nak resign just resign and HR Elma sendiri ckp kalau ada surat resign commission dgn incentives mesti staff akan dapat. Sy sedekah je gaji bulan 5 ni tapi sy takkan halalkan kalau company tak bagi commission dan incentive sy utk bulan yg lepas
 I like to cut salaries but the EPF doesn't contribute, I have achieved the monthly target for March 20k, the company earns 8K from staff collection, but until month 5 commission with incentive for month 3 can't because of 24 -hour resignation, I can't get incentive even though Boss Thamu himself said if you want to resign just resign and HR Elma herself ckp if there is a letter of resignation commission with incentives must staff will be able to. I'm giving alms for my 5th month's salary, but I won't allow it if the company doesn't give me commissions and incentives for last month
