My recent experience with them was bad. Purchased a join wood slab and prior to delivering they send me a photo of the end product. I noticed a very thick black marker line between the slab and asked the sales person why was the line made so obvious as the wood colour tone was lighter. I told them it wasn't visible when I selected the slab. Not did I not get the reason why a black marker used to draw across the join line instead of using a lighter tone to hide most probably the glue and made it less visible. I was told off that I choose a cheap join slab and this is the result. I didn't argue back and it was delivered to me the next day and the black line was very visible so I call her up and try to get her to check with production and I insisted to speak to the production to seek clarification. She did put up the call with production however I was made to speak to their foreign worker instead to their Manager or Supervisor. I gave up and told the sales person that I wish to communicate with her manager. I did eventually got hold of the manager and she promised to revert back to me the next day after she check with production. It was a Friday nite when we WhatsApp each other and I waited till Sunday evening to follow up. To my surprise she wasn't exactly happy with my flow up with her. I found that they have extremely poor customer service. The manager wasn't there to solve the customer problem and her reaction and behaviour was the same as the sales person. All I wanted them to tell me if they could do something with the thick black line to make it less obvious but I think I was talking to wall. I paid MY4500 for the set of table with benches. For anyone who wants to buy from them, please be prepared that your concern would not be addressed after the final product is made if there is going to be any dissatisfaction from your side. Lastly when I put up my review in their FB page instead of addressing my concern they deleted the post that has a pic of the table at my home (took pic without my consent) and blocked me completely from their page. This is one company that do not accept negative reviews to drive continuous improvement. FYI I did not use any harsh or vulgar languages on my post. I am updating my review. It's after 3 months of using the table. Please refer to the photos as it is showing sign of crack, black spots or mold on the top and bench surface. Thank you for responding to my review and thank you to Mr. Zaki hospitality by screaming at me when I was venting my disappointment talking to his team mate and on the quality of the table & bench yesterday evening. I have reported the defects on the crack and molds on 3Apr to Fara, spoken to her and sent her all the photos. On 5Apr spoke to her again and she whatsapp back and promised to make arrangement next week. I waited till 13Apr as not seen any updates from her and sent her a reminder on when will they come and pick up for repair. On 14Apr Fara requested fresh pics again and I resent to her. On 20Apr, I received a message from Fara asking a question and I reply with a photo on where my table is place. I waited till yesterday 23Apr and decided to ask her again on her follow up action. Her whatsapp message yesterday said if they could only repair the crack and not on the molds. Please refer to the whatsapp message screen shot posted. I have been asking action from your company to pick up to repair the however you said the other way around. Appreciate your recommendation on the solution to deal with the mold using warm water or dishwashing liquid. I was been told by Fara that the table is not suited to be in contact with water at all and me using a moist wet cloth to clean my table after used could be the reason that I have damaged the surface and caused the mold formation. So I am confused here on your advice. I have mentioned to Fara in the showroom that the table will be placed outdoor at the porch area, not directly under sun and protected from rain. She said is fine and did not stopped me from choosing raintree wood.

Purchased a table - and very happy with the service and the product! The sales person - Chua - is very helpful. The product arrived 2 days after ordered. It is very well packed. No scratches or dents. Love the table! Solid raintree wood, the table leg is very sturdy. Would recommend this to anyone looking to buy a high quality table at reasonable price.

FTR wood had the biggest selection of table with good pricing and pricing range that have seen. We were assisted by the sales person Izyan who was very knowledgeable about the products and provided us with excellent customer service. I recommend this shop for wood slab purchases, and myself would return in the future. Hope that the photos help.
