★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celebrated a birthday here. The guacamole was amazing! Lamb ribs were a tad oily. Try and get a table by the ledge, fantastic panoramic views of the city! Sadly, the management only allows two dinner sittings, maximum of two hours to consume our food. Otherwise, great place! An average of RM400 for 2pax. Would definitely be back for more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best in troika. The dinner reservation actually consists of 2 part. 6pm to 8pm and 830pm to 1030pm. No air-conditional but just nature breeze. Food presentation is good and tasty. Nice city view of course but twin Tower is blocked by fourseason Hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed a lovely evening dining on little plates of south American inspired tapas. Every colourful dish was plated elegantly and packed full of flavour. Surprisingly, their guacamole was one of the highlights! Not so much in the dip but in their variety of hand made chips especially the lotus! The view was stunning eventhough we ate outside in a thunderstorm! A surreal experience to say the least! Overall, an EXCELLENT culinary experience with great food, ambience, courteous service and good value. All COVID protocols and best practices were observed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We celebratedy husband's birthday there, and I have to tell you, food is amazing. I am Mexican and I really appreciate a well done guacamole. Drinks are amazing, food is interesting (in the best way possible)... You should go there if you like delicious and new flavors ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 1st visit on Saturday evening, 28 May. Reservation was made in Apr, so we got the table we requested for. Staff were welcoming, overall friendly, except for one dark skinned man in white shirt who showed unhappy face when we asked him to take pics for us. He took ONE pic, sour face, and said 7.30pm is better, without any smile. The 4 small plates we had were good, especially the beef croquettes. Don't know if we would return, the food and service don't match the price tags.
FYI:
1) car park at B1, look for Tower 2 once inside. Lift goes to G, from G, take another lift to 23A. RM4/hour, daily, 24HR. No cap.
2) staff asks sparking or stilled water as soon as we're seated. Learned from my experience in Europe, I said normal water. (tap water in Europe).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems like there’s nothing on the menu that’s not YUMMY. Loved everything I tried. My second visit here with the first being right before the pandemic, extremely satisfied.
Recommendation : Go for the 6pm seating for food (as it will get quite dark) and stay for the sunset and drinks after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were actually way too late for our table because of traffic (35min), but the staff was very helpful and thoughtful. They guided us all the way to the restaurant.
While we waited for the food, the waiters offered to take pictures for us. They also offered under and after dinner.
The view was gorgeous, view over KL tower and KLCC.
Would highly recommend this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food and amazing views. Would suggest going for the earlier seatings as the restaurant gets very dark and you might not be able to see much of the food. There’s nothing you can go wrong ordering here as every single dish tends to surprise me in how good the texture and flavour profile is of every single item we ordered. 10/10 would go again
