โ โ โ โ โ Bad customer service where lunch time break is much early than publish time which is 1-2pm but the security guard is damn action & donโt allow customer to enter when I was there at 12.40pm. Look like the security guard is the boss & help the company to chase away their customer.

โ โ โ โ โ The last Fujifilm centre in malaysia, the rest already closed down... and now all the cameras and lenses sent in here will divert to Singapore for repair or services, hopefully this service centre can last long, if this closed down as well, gonna let go all my cameras and lenses collection, so sad...

Staff at Fuji do not give a damn about after sales customer service. Your product does not matter worth a damn to them.
My camera sat in their service center for 3 months and not once did I receive a phone call or update from them. Had to call every 2-3 weeks to get an update. And after 3 months and many excuses, finally they said spare parts not available for this year. And ask me to come again next year to try again.
What do you think? Worth it to buy a Fuji product, which is so expensive? There are other camera brands out there with probably better after sales service ( nothing can be as bad as Fuji).

โ โ โ โ โ Fuji is famous for 'kaisan' support: one of its strongest selling points.
Alas, in Malaysia, Fuji is incognito: happy to sell but unwilling to offer support. I bought local Fuji cameras (rather than 'grey' imports) but am no longer able to register new camera purchases on my account page on the website. Earlier purchases were 'approved' for warranty coverage without a problem. My last two purchases are 'pending' after a year. Unable to contact Malaysia's Fujifilm number...permanent hold.

โ โ โ โ โ Been asking for quotation for an item. The salesman cant keep the promise to send the quote as agreed date. This is a very bad service provided by this sales person in Fujifilm.. please said so if not interested to do this bisiness..

โ โ โ โ โ Sent my instanx printer for repair. Speedy process but you're not allowed in. Need to wait for 3 weeks to get the report. Quite a long time to diagnose the fault. The staff will entertain you at the reporting post. Maybe my item is a small one that don't need my to enter the building. Don't know..
