★ ★ ★ ★ ★ called them today to service my Fujioh hob. the first call, the chinese guy from the service department picked up and said they are busy and asked me to call back in 30 minutes. when i called back in 30 minutes, they said they will arrange with the service team to see when they are free to come to my place to service . In the end, when they called me back, they asked what is the problem of my hob and recommended that i buy my own parts from hardware shop and repair on my own. this means that they are only interested in selling. stay away from this dealer.
