β β β β β Very bad experience with the counselling section. I made an appointment to see the counselor but when I were there, they said I didn't have an appointment with them and I asked to come back with the appointment. I wonder how many people actually get help or being hurt further...

β β β β β The presence of God is so real, members are warm & friendly. Help desks are available to assist those who are new. Hospitality after the main services is provided for new comers or visitors so that they can get to know the leaders & more about the church.

β β β β β It's a comfortable setting for a wake. FGA provides a cosy, peaceful and calm environment for those who mourn. The ability to connect family from far via Zoom was great.
However, the sound system could do with some improvement. The fallout of the sound, squeals and screeches were a little painful on the ears, especially when emotional eulogies are shared.
