β β β β β Very bad service. Paid booking fee for a project and requested to cancel. Submitted documents to cancel and refund was suppose to be given in 1 month. Agent said she already submitted my cancellation to find out when i contacted the developer and they said no form submitted. My funds are now locked down for 3 months. Poor service.
