★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of this hotel is very good, near Alor Setar town and amenities - shopping complex, plenty of food courts and kopitiams. The room is small but reasonably clean and comfortable. Parking is limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location good, near Aman Mall, lots of hawker stalls, near Putra Medical Centre. Slow staff, long check in procedures. Room just ok. Cleanliness is so so. Saw cigarettes buds near the bed. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Parking can be congested in weekends. Overall ok for quick business trip.

Room got NO HAIR DRYER yaa. Need to request and sign receive item from receptionist. And need to bring it together while checkout. POORest hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were staying in a family room. 1 doublebed and1 singlebed. Space quite limited. Clean room. No fridge. Bathroom had musty smell probably the room was in use for quite sometime during pandemic. Menara Alor Setar just across the road. Walking distance to the biggest shopping complex in town, Aman Central. 15 minutes to Masjid Zahir and the surrounding tourist attractions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two male receptionist on the day we checked in on 1/5/22 around 5pm was not very pleasant & friendly that we can’t be bothered to asked further inquiries. Considering that you’re in the front-desk line, you should work on how to deal with customers better & attend to their needs in a well manner. My checkout process however, was attended by Fifie. She was nice, friendly & well spoken ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place, rooms were clean. Shower in bathroom good pressure, clean and in working condition. Provide free basement parking for visitor. Walking distance to Aman Sentral, easy to find food. But its a bit noisy since the pub is just beside the hotel. Others, everything was great!
