★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff shouted at me for asking a RM1 note from change, because i can only get tokens from a token machine that does not accept coins apparently. The staff clearly too lazy to do simple work by sitting in the counter, instead ‘lepak’ outside with friends. Wanting to play time crisis after a days work ruined by lazy, complecent service. Please review your staff. Malay girl with a bit fat figure.

And there's even this employee that doesn't even wants to help you. It is the Chinese aunty with glasses I would never go this place again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only the number of tickets given from the bowling game were reduced in half, but when the tickets ran out the staff at the counter did nothing and I had to complain a few times then she only tell me to ask the technician to fix it. I would never come back. The troublesome staff is a Chinese aunty with glasses.
