I read some reviews before deciding where to go for a waxing in KL and in the end I chose Furless. My expectations have been absolutely overcome.
The staff was super kind.
Randip has been absolutely professional and delicate, especially during the Brazilian waxing. I was in good hands and she has been keeping me company all the time.
Everything was clean and the hygiene is granted. The nicest thing was the cooling treatment after waxing. Wow! :)
Absolutely recommended!!

โ โ โ โ โ FURLESS has been my go-to ever since they opened in 2012. They have great therapists who are patient and understanding of what kind of service would be best for me. I go more often now that they offer eyebrow threading services. Prices have gone up (slightly) but rest assured so have their standards of operating. Love it!

โ โ โ โ โ The best place Iโve ever had a Brazilian wax and Iโve done them in US and Canada. Furless is very detailed and sensitive to your needs, regardless if itโs your first time or your 100th time getting a wax. The appointment took longer than my usual sessions but it was well worth the time! They ensure that not a single hair is left behind, no matter how tiny. As a result of this, I did not suffer from ingrown hair post wax. You need to come to Furless to experience the difference.

โ โ โ โ โ It was my first waxing experience and with the number of brands/outlets out there, it was quite overwhelming for me too choose. But after some search and reading countless of reviews, I decided to give Furless a try. Besides the location, which is super near to my home, the outlet itself is very easy to locate and access. I was attended by both Xin Yi and Kerry and they were very welcoming. Certainly put my nerves at ease. Then comes the actual session, which I have to admit, was not scary or painful as I thought it would be. Kerry was very friendly and talked me through the process. Besides that she did a wonderful job, and I did not experience any side effects after, in fact, felt very comfortable. So thank you and definitely will make furless my only go to place!
