★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST seller in the LAZADA, send me the damaged wooden step chair ladder chair, and I tried to contact them via LAZADA, Whatsapp, phone call, website, email, Facebook message, all no answered, or read, but no reply. They only reply via the LAZADA with very simple remark like: ask me to send the video, which I did, and ask me again who are the courier (which they can check internally), then no more response.
Very fed up with this after sale service and I shoudn't have bought from this Seller. And now in Google stated that their shop has been closed
If you're reading this as a consumer, please please think twice before ordering.

Did lodge complaint & all relevant document was send thru Whatsapp but till now nobody respond. Call also no pick up my call..

I find that DW has got the best range of product with great discount offers from time to time. Their service is also quite ok consider for this pricing that i have paid for. Delivery to KL has got no problem for them and i manage to get a few free gifts from them too. Will return to buy other furniture with them for my future use or my rental/airbnb units. Recommended buy.

Other than that everything is perfect if not best of all with taking into consideration of the price and quality of the product. very easy to deal with them and product should last me long time to use. I have done a survey on the product price for more than 6 months / half a year before making purchase with them. They offer the wide range of product with great attentive choices given to us. Also the Sales person is very good attitude and ready to help in every aspect. delivery was done to my condominium at level 20 and I'm satisfied with it. Thank you.

We both are extremely happy with the purchase and found the purchase brought us great value in terms of product quality. Seems like everything is on point for me and i would definitely come back to purchase more with them.
