โ โ โ โ โ We came with the same expectations towards Papasan Canteen, but got a little bit disappointment. Food is normal, portion is okay, and place is normal. I can say this is a normal Ramen restaurant except they promote using the headline of โunder the same management of Papasan Canteenโ.

โ โ โ โ โ Interesting fusion ramen. Love their charsiu : braised to perfect texture and taste, charburnt to get the perfect caramelised surface... Fusion ramen are good but i find the combination hit and missed. Their basic miso ramen is best for the unadventurous.

Fusion ramen and miso ramen.
But deduct marks on the rainbow dumpling as the skin too thick and too small. It cost rm10 for 3 pieces. Not worth the price.
Quite fast the food being served.

โ โ โ โ โ It's a really weird combo, but in a good way. It's vinegar pork belly, coupled with pork lard and spring onions. The pork is really tender, flavourful and melts in your mouth. Wish they could include more pork lard and spring onions, and sesame - it enhances the flavour on each slurp. My second time having this dish.

โ โ โ โ โ It's a fusion food restaurant. Not authentic Japanese Ramen. But you will be surprise how special thick pork broth combine with a dash of lime juice. Light fluffy fried egg is a plus when it absorb the broth, the kakuni is nice too. And i will give a 4 star on their cold brew coffee.

โ โ โ โ โ First try on weekday lunch with colleague. Not crowded. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Fast service too. I ordered Volcano Ramen (RM21) mild spicy, chasu meat is quite big size and in generous portion. The paired fruit nangka consider after meal dessert, but its help to reduce the spiciness surprisingly. Herbal tea in solid true ingredients, less sweetness.
Overall itโs taste good.
Would love to return next time for other in menu.

โ โ โ โ โ Was here on a weekend night, wasnโt too busy and got a seat immediately. Clean and bright dining area.
The food was delicious and reasonably priced ??
The meaty bento combo was very playful with the many flavour profiles from the meat cooked differently.
The coriander ramen had the right level of saltiness and rich with umami ?
Overall satisfying meal!

โ โ โ โ โ The food overall are nice, price is mid to high range. Their Char Siew Rice Bowl got the fried pork oil quite nice, recommend that one. Quite hard to find parking around here, but during dinner hour still have slot, no need to queue and wait long.
