★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the store clerk kept wasting time pretending there was a problem while chatting and playing games with his female college, and then he tried to charge me 15RM per print of black and white text on an A4 paper.
the price is supposed to be 0.10 thats 1500% more.
absolute worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both the receptionist over call and the one who greeted me in the shop didn’t seem interested to serve me because they said they were busy. Once I got to the shop, the receptionist/manager said it would cost me RM 5 to use their computer to access my confidential documents to print with a disinterested look on his face which in my opinion is pretty ridiculous both customer service-wise and price-wise. If you need to print something quick, I would recommend going to ASM Sakar Trading, two doors to the right. They didn’t charge me for using their desktop (for like 5 minutes) and served me well despite looking pretty busy themselves.
